IN ORDER TO SHIP OUR PARCEL WE USE DHL GERMANY. IN THE SECOND EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE the TRACKING NUMBER WITH WHICH YOU CAN TRACK YOUR PARCEL.

CAN I DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE AdDRESS TO MY BILLING AdDRESS? 

at CHECKOUT, YOU CAN PUT IN A SEPARATE DELIVERY ADDRESS THAT DIFFERS FROM YOUR BILLING ADDRESS.

IF YOU ORDER TO A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION IMPORT DUTIES MAY APPLY ONCE IT REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THESE DUTIES OR COSTS AND THEY MAY DIFFER WIDELY BETWEEN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES. THE COSTS APPLY TO THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL. BASED ON THIS YOUR PARCEL MAY ALSO BE DELAYED.

CAN I GET THE DIFFERENCE REFUNDED FROM AN ITEM I HAVE THAT IS NOW ON SALE ?

WE CANNOT ALWAYS DETERMINE WHEN ITEMS WILL APPEAR ON SALE. THE PRICE OF THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IS BINDING AND THEREFORE THE DIFFERENCE TO A LATER SALE PRICE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN ITs ORIGINAL CONDITIOn, MEANING IT IS UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITH ALL THE LABELS ATTACHED. SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS. HABA HABA WILL REFUND ANY COSTS except FOR SHIPMENT COSTS. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

HABA HABA TRIES TO PROCESS ALL RETURNS WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

IS HABA HABA BRAND CERTIFIED AS FAIR TRADE?

HABA HABA IS NOT CERTIFIED AS FAIR TRADE. HOWEVER WE ENSURE THAT OUR PARTNERS IN KENYA DETERMINE THEIR OWN PRICES FOR THEIR WORK AND THAT THESE ARE FAIR ACCORDING TO THE MINIMUM WAGE REQUIREMENTS IN KENYA. WE WANT TO BE AS TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE ABOUT WAGE-RELATED TOPICS. WHERE ARE THE MATERIALS SOURCED FROM?

OUR JEWELLERY IS MADE IN NAIROBI ,  MOSTLY MADE FROM RECYCLED MATERIALS AND SOURCED FROM WASTE WITHIN THE AREA OF PRODUCTION. 

OUR FABRICS FOR OUR CLOTHINg ARE SOURCED FROM LOCAL MARKETS IN KAMPALA, UGANDA. BASED ON THE LITTLE TRANSPARENCY OF THE EAST-AFRICAN TEXTILE INDUSTRY IT IS DIFFICULT TO TRACE BACK THE ORGIN OF THE TEXTILES, WHICH IS VERY UNFORTUNATE. HOWEVER,WE ARE CONSTANTLY LOOKING INTO NEW WAYS TO WORK WITH LOCAL MANUFACTURERS AND MAKE OUR SUPPLY-CHAIN MORE SUSTAINABLE.
